NCAdFed Board of Directors

The voting officers of NCAF shall consist of the following: President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Program Chairs, Membership Chairs, Hospitality Chairs and Development Chairs. The Past-President will serve as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. Ex-officio members do not have voting rights. In addition, the Board of Directors may also designate co-chairs and committee members, as recommended by the President. A minimum of two At-Large Directors may also participate on the Board of Directors.
